節能環(huán)保型超長(cháng)距離管帶機輸送系統依托于“河南省投豫北煤炭物流儲配基地一期工程”，打破了傳統管帶機膠帶強度、控制策略、特殊地形適應能力等方面的技術(shù)壁壘，在全球范圍內首次提出了多點(diǎn)驅動(dòng)分布非等功率平衡布置方法，開(kāi)發(fā)并采用智能實(shí)時(shí)全程張力-速度協(xié)同優(yōu)化控制系統，配套獨創(chuàng )研制的阻燃型可記憶低阻力膠帶，實(shí)現了單臺15km超長(cháng)距離輸送。同時(shí)，基于項目沿線(xiàn)地形的特殊性，國際首創(chuàng )了管帶機特殊地質(zhì)自適應技術(shù)，實(shí)現了管帶機在煤炭采空區內應用業(yè)績(jì)“零”的突破。

本項目技術(shù)先進(jìn)，創(chuàng )新程度高，通過(guò)了北京市新技術(shù)新產(chǎn)品（服務(wù)）認定，先后多次獲得省部級科技進(jìn)步獎，被中國電力企業(yè)聯(lián)合會(huì )鑒定為“國際領(lǐng)先水平”，并被上海大世界基尼斯總部認證為“運程最長(cháng)的圓管型帶式輸送機”，引領(lǐng)了管帶機行業(yè)的技術(shù)發(fā)展，具有良好的經(jīng)濟效益、社會(huì )效益和環(huán)保效益。

Energy-saving and environmental pipe conveyor system in ultra-long distance relies on "Henan Investment Group Coal Logistics Storage And Distribution Base First-stage Project", breaks down the technical barriers of the belt strength, control strategy, special terrain adaptability and other aspects of the traditional pipe conveyor。For the first time，it puts forward a multi-point drive distributed non-equal power balance arrangement method  in the world，developing and adopting intelligent real-time whole-process tension-speed cooperative optimization control system, supporting the original development of flame retardant memorized low-resistance tape, to achieve a single 15km ultra-long distance transportation. At the same time, based on the particularity of the terrain, the international initiative of the special geological adaptive technology of the pipe belt machine has achieved a breakthrough of "zero" application performance in the coal goaf.

With advanced technology and high degree of innovation, the project has been recognized by Beijing New Technology and new products (services), won the provincial and ministerial science and Technology Progress Award for many times, was identified as "international leading level" by China Electricity Council, and was certified as "the longest travel round pipe belt conveyor" by Shanghai World Ginis Headquarters, leading the technological development of pipe and belt machine industry. It has broadened the application field of the pipe and belt machine industry, and has good economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits.
