該產(chǎn)品通過(guò)變管徑技術(shù)的研發(fā)和應用,突破了常規管狀帶式輸送機的傾角極限、填充率極限和轉彎半徑極限,實(shí)現了物料在三維空間內任意角度提升和連續輸送,大大提升了管狀帶式輸送機的空間適用性,同時(shí)保證了密封環(huán)保輸送效果。

2018年在河南佰利聯(lián)新材料有限公司的成功應用,實(shí)現了24m水平距離內將物料提升24m的連續大傾角密封輸送的技術(shù)要求,最大傾角達76.5°,解決了其場(chǎng)地受限、密封環(huán)保、連續輸送的技術(shù)難題。

創(chuàng )新點(diǎn):

1)以變管徑技術(shù)實(shí)現76.5°大傾角提升;

2)以110倍管徑實(shí)現超小半徑轉彎;

3)以穩定的限料技術(shù)實(shí)現大傾角段100%填充率;

4)以管內尾料收料技術(shù)實(shí)現兩種物料大傾角輸送兩種物料相互污染問(wèn)題。

Through the development and application of variable pipe diameter technology, this product has broken through the inclination limit, filling rate limit, and turning radius limit of conventional tubular belt conveyors, achieving arbitrary angle lifting and continuous conveying of materials in three-dimensional space, greatly improving the spatial applicability of tubular belt conveyors, and ensuring the sealing and environmentally friendly conveying effect.

The successful application in Henan Baililian New Materials Co., Ltd. in 2018 achieved the technical requirement of continuous high inclination sealed transportation within a horizontal distance of 24m, with a maximum inclination angle of 76.5 °. This solved the technical problems of limited site, sealed environmental protection, and continuous transportation.

Innovation points:

1) Using variable pipe diameter technology to achieve a 76.5 ° large inclination angle lift;

2) Achieving ultra small radius turns with a diameter of 110 times the pipe diameter;

3) Using stable material limiting technology to achieve 100% filling rate in the high inclination section;

4) The problem of mutual pollution between two types of materials transported at a high inclination angle using the technology of collecting tailings in the pipe.
