1300t橋式起重機是世界上單吊點(diǎn)起重量最大的橋式起重機，創(chuàng )新性地提出了承載三主梁鉸接端梁橋架、主副兩小車(chē)各自獨立運行、鋼絲繩多層折線(xiàn)纏繞的超大型橋機總體方案；開(kāi)發(fā)了超大型橋機數字樣機；建立了鋼絲繩多層折線(xiàn)纏繞導向環(huán)軌跡數學(xué)模型；攻克了大臨界載荷橋機整機抗震分析和優(yōu)化；對大型關(guān)鍵零部件如大型橫梁等進(jìn)行設計結構與工藝制造的集成技術(shù)突破；研發(fā)了超大型起重機智能控制系統，提升了整機自動(dòng)化、信息化水平及安全可靠性、維護便捷性。通過(guò)傳統設計方法和現代設計方法有機集成，成功研制了承載大、自重小、結構緊湊、運行平穩、安全可靠的目前世界最大水電站主廠(chǎng)房1300t單吊點(diǎn)橋式起重機，填補了國內外空白，為國家重點(diǎn)工程白鶴灘及烏東德水電站的順利建設提供了設備保障，為超大型橋式起重機的高端發(fā)展闖出了一條新路。

THE 1300T SINGLE LIFTING POINT OVERHEAD E CRANE IS THE WORLD'S LARGEST SINGLE POINT OVERHEAD CRANE IN TERMS OF LIFTING CAPACITY.

The 1300t bridge crane is the largest bridge crane with single lifting point in the world. It innovatively puts forward the overall scheme of super large bridge which carries the bridge frame with three main beams and hinged ends, the main and auxiliary trolleys running independently, and the steel wire rope multi-layer folding line winding. Developed the super large bridge machine digital prototype.The trajectory mathematical model of the winding guide ring is established. Overcome the seismic analysis and optimization of large critical load bridge; Breakthroughs in the integration of design structure and process manufacturing of large key components such as large beams. The intelligent control system of super large crane has been developed, which has improved the automation, information level, safety, reliability and maintenance convenience of the whole machine. Through the organic integration of traditional design methods and modern design methods, the 1300t single-point bridge crane for the main building of the world's largest hydropower station with large load capacity, small weight, compact structure, stable operation, safety and reliability has been successfully developed, filling the gaps at home and abroad, and providing equipment support for the smooth construction of the national key projects Baihetan and Wudongde Hydropower Station. It has created a new way for the high-end development of super large bridge cranes.
