該項目在國家重大科研儀器研制項目等資助下,通過(guò)產(chǎn)學(xué)研聯(lián)合自主創(chuàng )新,研制了世界最大推力ES-1000(1000kN)型電動(dòng)振動(dòng)試驗系統,滿(mǎn)足了我國航空、航天等領(lǐng)域國家重大工程大型裝備研制的試驗需求。主要技術(shù)創(chuàng )新如下:
1. 發(fā)明了超大推力輕質(zhì)高強動(dòng)圈結構及動(dòng)圈可靠導向技術(shù),研制了超大型功率放大器,解決了電動(dòng)振動(dòng)試驗系統超大推力驅動(dòng)難題。
2. 提出了超大功率驅動(dòng)雙螺旋耦合降壓溫升抑制方法,發(fā)明了動(dòng)圈自適應高效冷卻控制技術(shù),研發(fā)了超大功率驅動(dòng)并聯(lián)式冷卻系統,解決了超大推力電動(dòng)振動(dòng)試驗系統高效冷卻難題。
3. 提出了超大型功率放大器并聯(lián)均流控制方法,發(fā)明了強負載擾動(dòng)下高精度功率譜復現控制技術(shù),研發(fā)了試驗系統全狀態(tài)可視化監測平臺,解決了超大推力電動(dòng)振動(dòng)試驗系統高性能運行控制難題。
項目成果成功應用于大型航天器、航空發(fā)動(dòng)機整機振動(dòng)試驗,被中央電視臺、央廣網(wǎng)、科技日報等主流媒體宣傳報道,經(jīng)濟和社會(huì )效益顯著(zhù)。經(jīng)鑒定,項目總體水平國際領(lǐng)先。

航空發(fā)動(dòng)機振動(dòng)試驗
THE 1000KN ELECTRO-DYNAMIC VIBRATION TEST EQUIPMENT IS THE WORLD'S LARGEST ELECTRO-DYNAMIC VIBRATION TEST EQUIPMENT BY SINGLE THRUST.
Funded by the national major scientific research instrument development project, etc., the world's largest thrust ES-1000 (1000kN) electric vibration testing system was developed by industry-university-research cooperation and independent innovation, which meets the testing needs of large-scale equipment development for national major projects in aviation, aerospace and other fields in China. The main technological innovations are listed as follows:
1. The ultra-large thrust lightweight high-strength moving coil structure and the reliable steering technology of the moving coil were invented, and the ultra-large power amplifier was devoted, which solved the problem of ultra-large thrust actuation of the electric vibration testing system.
2. The double helix coil coupling method with merits of reducing the voltage and suppressing the temperature for ultra-large power actuating system was proposed, the adaptive and efficient cooling control technology for the moving coil was invented, and the parallel cooling system for ultra-large power actuating system was developed, which solved the high-efficiency cooling problem of the ultra-large thrust electric vibration testing system.
3. The current equilibrium control method for parallel ultra-large power amplifiers was proposed, the high-precision power spectrum reproduction control technology subject to strong load disturbance was invented, and the full-state visual monitoring platform of the testing system was developed, which solved the problem of high-performance operation control of the ultra-large thrust electric vibration testing system.
The achievements of the project have been successfully applied to the vibration testing of large spacecraft and aircraft engines, and have been publicized and reported by mainstream media such as CCTV, CNR and Science and Technology Daily, etc., which brings in remarkable economic and social benefits. The overall level of the project has reached the international leading level by appraisal.
