本項目位于上汽大眾制造區,主體建筑為兩棟12層平面移動(dòng)全智能立體車(chē)庫,總建筑高度35m,巷道長(cháng)度 140 米,立體車(chē)庫總庫容7315輛,共設升降機28套,橫移臺車(chē)搬運器84套,較平面停車(chē)節省土地300余畝。本項目通過(guò)集成智能調度系統完成單個(gè)控制中樞對車(chē)庫全域的搬運機械協(xié)同調度、牽引系統安全保障和車(chē)輛狀態(tài)信息的實(shí)時(shí)監測,有效解決了7000泊位級車(chē)庫的24小時(shí)全天候快速存取難題,大大提高了土地利用率;開(kāi)發(fā)了特大型立體車(chē)庫分區隔離和多方位監控冗余安防系統,實(shí)現了運維自動(dòng)檢測、防碰撞、故障處理,系統可靠性顯著(zhù)提高,滿(mǎn)足了上汽大眾連續生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)車(chē)輛按次下線(xiàn)入庫要求。設備自投入使用以來(lái),與上汽大眾連續生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)依次下線(xiàn)入庫無(wú)縫銜接,日均存取車(chē)超1000輛,設備運行報錯率低于0.1%,公司的技術(shù)實(shí)力和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量得到了用戶(hù)的高度認可。
THE 7000 PARKING SPACES LEVEL AUTOMATED PARKING SYSTEM IS THE WORLD'S LARGEST AUTOMATED PARKING SYSTEM BY PARKING SPACES (7315 PARKING SPACES).
This project is located in the manufacturing area of SAIC Volkswagen. The main buildings consist of two 12-story plane-moving fully intelligent three-dimensional garages, with a total building height of 35 meters and a roadway length of 140 meters. The total capacity of the three-dimensional garage is 7,315 vehicles, equipped with 28 sets of elevators and 84 sets of horizontal transfer trolley carriers, saving more than 300 acres of land compared to surface parking. This project integrates an intelligent scheduling system to complete the collaborative scheduling of handling machinery, safety guarantees for the traction system, and real-time monitoring of vehicle status information across the entire garage through a single control hub. It effectively solves the problem of 24/7 rapid access and storage in a 7,000-berth garage, significantly improving land use efficiency. A partition isolation and multi-directional monitoring redundancy security system for extra-large three-dimensional garages has been developed, realizing automatic operation and maintenance detection, collision prevention, and fault handling. The system reliability has been significantly improved, meeting the requirements of SAIC Volkswagen's continuous production line vehicles for offline storage by sequence. Since the equipment was put into use, it has seamlessly connected with SAIC Volkswagen's continuous production line for offline storage by sequence, with an average daily access and storage of over 1,000 vehicles. The equipment operation error rate is less than 0.1%, and the company's technical strength and product quality have been highly recognized by users.
