HTDZ-2500 large intelligent high gradient electromagnetic separator is a fully automated intelligent control separation equipment in the field of optical,mechanical and electrical integration technology. It is 9 meters high, has a diameter of 2.5 meters in the separation canister, and a total weight of 210 tons. The background field strength can reach up to 1.6T, the quartz sand processing capacity can reach 150 tons/hour, and the kaolin processing capacity can reach 30 tons/hour; the processing capacity is 3 times that of the 1.5-meter model of existing similar products and more than 6 times that of the 1-meter model, saving more than 56% of energy. An intelligent control system has been introduced to achieve unattended operation, and the technology has reached the international advanced level. CARRYING THE FLAG WORLD RECORDS LIMITED officially recognized that “the HTDZ-2500 high gradient electromagnetic separator independently developed by Shandong Huate Magnet Technology Co., Ltd. is the magnetic separation equipment with the largest diameter (2.5 meters) of separation canister in the world”.
